A value by which we may assess (e-)consultations.

  1. Examples:
    1. Theme is interesting for me
    2. Relevant to participants
    3. Is it provided in time?
    4. matters to the people involved
    5. consultation on an issue that matters to the citzen/participant not just the policy maker/consulter
