Transparency
A value by which we may assess (e-)consultations.
- Examples:
- clearly defined message
- it is provided objectively!
- If all the agendas are apparent
- Reveals contradictory stakeholder interests
- That it is certain that no decisions are made in advance of the consultation
- people can check the way it is being re-presented
- Transparency is guaranteed.
