A value by which we may assess (e-)consultations.

There were other categories proposed, but with very few examples.

  1. Accountability. There was some argument about this, as what does accountability mean in the consultation? Is it accountability to the legislative requirements to a certain quality of consultation (as in the Equality Commision inspection of Section 75 consultations in Northern Ireland, or in German planning law)? Or is it accountability to the expectations of the informal psychological contract between consulters and consultees?
  2. Privacy. Mentioned, but no examples were given.
